Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation

“Simple is Great”
About Advantage: 8.2 /10
Like: The vehicle that I received was one that I like and it only had 12,000 miles. As a mid-size it had lots of tech bells and whistles, but didn't have an onboard GPS and console map display. Friendly staff that made it simple.
Dislike: Nothing you can really do about the location of the rental car pickup. It was OK but not really close to the airport.
