Could have been better.

Car was great, ready to go upon arrival. A little confusion behind the counter at pickup, got sorted when help arrived.

Happy with vehicle and price.

The pickup point was near impossible to locate. They spoke of a 'pink P" sign to stand near, but it could not be seen and was not known by airport staff we asked.(We finally saw it and it was only visable from the incoming road) The pickup vehicle did not have any log on it, and we were finally told the last 3 digits of the registration.

Everything was good except for the part that the previous driver had left a lot of hair and litter in the car and Great Rentals did not bother to clean it.

Booked the RAV4 model guaranteed and got exactly that. Fantastic rental overall, especially given the price. 40,000km on the clock but no issues whatsoever. Definitely factor in the extra time for pickup. They will pick you up in a normal car so make sure to ask what registration is on the car doing the pickup and make a note clearly. Also make sure you have something to call in, SIMs are not really available on the arrivals hall from what we saw. Pickup is outside departures before the W pink sign, outside door number 3. Windscreen had pre-existing chips in them which make me a little uneasy - hope there's nothing under the hood being neglected. Overall, will rent again.

Awesome little car, only downside was the GPS /radio was in Japanese, need to convert it to English
