Overall, it was okay! I've rented from Ace many times because it's cheap. The location is not inside the airport, so you need to take a shuttle bus. The pick-up spot has changed, it's no longer at the 15-minute free zone, but now it's at the right side of the international arrivals exit where the big buses and hotel shuttles are, which is closer. The car is a bit old, but the service is good. It's fine.

We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after being told it would be there in 10-15 minutes.
