Excellent car & service

The staff at the counter were polite, but their heavy accent made communication a bit tricky even with the help of a translation app.

The car pickup process was slightly slow, but everything else was perfect.

AVIS is excellent. Both my husband and I drove, and there were no extra charges. However, the previous rental company, ALAMO, charged CAD 10 per day for adding a second driver. At AVIS, the car model we booked was not available, but they found us a much newer 8-seater 6.0L GMC within an hour. It was much better than what we originally reserved, and they didn't charge extra. Very trustworthy!

When I arrived in Windsor, the car given to me had three scratches, and the staff's attitude was not very good.

Upgrade was very welcome. Great service.
