The Honda Fit I chose was in good condition, clean and tidy inside, and very easy to drive – perfect for getting around central Tokyo. The branch was easy to find and the return process was just as quick and simple. Overall, from booking to pick-up to drop-off, everything went smoothly and it was a genuinely pleasant rental experience. I’d definitely consider using this company again next time I’m in Tokyo, and I’d happily recommend them to friends.

This is the third time I've rented a car from this company. Their service remains thorough, attentive, and friendly. Pricing is reasonable and transparent. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to request a last-minute change of vehicle model, and their staff actively coordinated the process. In the end, the switch was successfully completed.

The car was in good condition and very fuel-efficient. We drove to enjoy the Hakone hot springs, visited the Gotemba Outlet, and attended the Omagari Fireworks Festival. Having a driver's license in Japan is truly convenient.
