CRQ-CARRENT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Very reliable

Really good and super convenient.

The overall experience was really good.

Communication was smooth, the car was in good condition and very clean.

Rented from them more than ten times already, always a great experience.

The Narita Airport branch was super efficient and had me finished with all the paperwork in no time.

Really good, I’ll definitely use them again.

I was really happy with this rental experience – everything went much more smoothly than I expected. The staff were friendly, patient and explained everything clearly. The line for pick-up was short and the paperwork was done quickly. Pricing was very transparent with no hidden fees or pushy add-ons, which made me feel really at ease. The Honda Fit I chose was in good condition, clean and tidy inside, and very easy to drive – perfect for getting around central Tokyo. The branch was easy to find and the return process was just as quick and simple. Overall, from booking to pick-up to drop-off, everything went smoothly and it was a genuinely pleasant rental experience. I’d definitely consider using this company again next time I’m in Tokyo, and I’d happily recommend them to friends.

Car was in great condition, staff were helpful, everything went smoothly.

Service was great.

Staff were pretty good, but the car itself was really dated – well over 10 years old – and the wheel alignment was off, so it kept pulling to the left while driving.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend them.

The car was in great condition, staff were really friendly, and the store is right outside the JR station. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was super quick too.

Service was spot on.
