Pros: They pick you up in the car you rent. They properly document any vehicle damages and remind you to do the same. The pickup process was fairly quick and easy. Condition of the car was fine. Cons: When you arrive, you are surprised by cleaning and another fee. While they are probably in some print somewhere, they were not obvious through the booking process. When returning the car, they expect you to fill the gas tank to a fraction, not full. It is a pain and would be much easier if the car had a full tank of gas when you got it and had to be returned that way. When we returned the car, the refund of the deposit to our credit card failed completely. They said the option is to do a wire transfer, which according to the internet is sketchy.

The website is good. We will possibly use it again if it has the best price. We did not end up needing customer service for anything, so I can't speak about that.

Once we finally found the rental place, things went pretty fast and efficient, but the pickup instructions were wrong.

The rental company name was different from the one during booking. There was no counter inside the airport. We followed the instructions to wait at the designated location but couldn’t find the rental company name on the order. It turned out they were using a different name. The rental company staff was already waiting at the specified location. We contacted QEEQ customer service for help. The customer service team responded promptly. Later, we learned the actual name of the rental company from other sources and finally met up with the staff.

Very satisfied. When I arrived, their staff had already prepared the car and advised me to record a video of the entire car.

The car wasn't the model nor the category I've booked. Very disappointing

Pickup was a big problem that only got worse when we tried to contact customer service. No one answered the phone. Fortunately our message was returned several hours later and the car was ultimately dropped off at our apartment. They need to have more reliable contact information. The drop off however was extremely smooth.

Excellent service, the counter is located in the arrivals hall. The car is conveniently parked in the parking lot just outside the terminal.

The vehicle condition was mediocre, the tire pressure warning light remained on and the store couldn’t fix it. There’s no CarPlay so I had to use phone navigation, and without a mount, it was very inconvenient. The service was acceptable, but not returning the car with a full tank makes control difficult.

In BRC, no counter for rentacar. No big deal in pickup, guy waits with sign as you exit the baggage claim area. But would be nice if it was clear in the documents sent prior... Drop off a bit more complicated since same thing, but where to find the guy? Ok if you have phone sms or Whatsapp set up, but make sure you allow for time... One complaint: had to pay the airport parking when exiting (pickup). Small fee but never happened to me in my life that I have to pay for the rental car company the airport parking..

Was great to be able to live chat support and ask in real time where will the pickup location be as soon as I realized no counter. Was very responsive and helpful.
