After collecting your luggage, please call +61 497 103 311 to arrange your shuttle transfer. Exit the terminal via the glass doors. You will see the PARKROYAL Hotel logo straight ahead. Cross the first traffic lane and proceed to Lane 2. There is a long shelter with brown signage reading Hotel & Off-Airport Bus. Please wait here for the CARWIZ shuttle bus. The shuttle normally arrives within 15 minutes and will transfer you to our rental depot to complete vehicle collection.
