Multiple scratches and gray thick tape yo body of car.

The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!
