I will use again but again they need to learn a bit about guest service

The car was supposed to be a mid size sedan but it was small size. It took over an hour to pick up because the sales person kept trying to sell me add ons and was very deceitful telling me I had to buy them when I didn't. I hated green motion they have a slimy business model. I heard them scam two other customers while I was waiting.

Booking was fine, price was great.

The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
