It was average. The staff will try to sell insurance. The service was okay.

I initially didn’t want to give 5 stars. Why don't other car rental companies require a deposit? This one charges me 1000 AUD as a deposit, and it’s a direct charge, not a pre-authorization. They said it would be refunded 3-4 days after the car is returned, but later when I contacted QEEQ they said it would take a month. I rent cars in Brisbane and other cities, and some rentals are from this company. Every time I rent, they charge a 1000 AUD deposit. QEEQ stated that different cities and locations have different policies, which is why the deposit is charged each time. Next time I’d rather rent from AVIS than this company. Good service means nothing if the procedures are poor. A small company is still a small company.

The counter staff was adamant that my AXA insurance was inadequate and I wouldn't be covered for any excess in case of a claim, was coerced into paying a higher pick up premium before we could leave

The online booing platform was great yet I didn't receive the price drop guarantee offer

Th car condition is great! Almost a brand new car. But the bus pickup location is a bit hard to find and one would need a phone to call them for pickup.
