I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

“I would never use this company again!”

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

“Horrific experience!!”

This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!

“There are hidden cost and the staff push us to get more options”

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
