The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

The car did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I could not see out my window on ride from Orlando. Also they should put more gas in than 1/4 tank. I almost ran out. They should also tell u how to work everything. The car seemed a little outdated bc I had to lock the door with a key. Not automatic like cars these days.

Waited over 2 hours because they didn’t have any vehicles in the class we PAID for. We received a vehicle from a cheaper class which we did not get reimbursed for.

Like: Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommend
Dislike: The first shuttle driver came stoped for 1min didn't even bother to get out the car or open his door to see if anyone needed to get in and took off empty

Dislike: Too much time to check out
