It was horrible

Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

No problems at all. Easy to book, easy to cancel.

We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.

It was easy to book and the car was fine.

I needed to contact someone in order to change pick up time during my arrival to Orlando's MCO Airport but no one ever pick the telephone when I called. Awful service support-they advertised 24hr call service available. All they had was an answering machine with no return call or live support.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.
