The entire experience was horrendous! The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had!!

Very far from Gatwick Airport. Also the shuttle service frequency is after every 30 minutes. Prepare to wait with no response on phone number.

Stressful experience trying to organise airport pickup to easirent site. Spent a total of 2 hours after flight landed to collect car. All attempts to get through customer service at Aberdeen easirent failed. I felt insurance was being forced upon me. Long story short, I will not be using easirent ever again. Awful start to our short break.

To be told had to purchase extra excess insurance was unfair as we had already purchased it via the booking to be told It wasn’t enough was ridiculous

On arrival was offered a GLA this is NOT an equivalent car or 'upgrade' as they later told me. I booked a V60 Estate or Similar, I expected something similar to this, there was no cars in their car park remotely close to this model. An upgrade was given but still not an estate and after a long discussion.

Like: Van was brand new, drove very well. Good fuel consumption. Able to return the van any time of the day or night. Able to leave my car in a secure car park while I hired the van.
