Reasonable price

This is the second time we’ve used Routes in Orlando and they’ve been great for us! We’ve had great cars both times and gotten an amazing deal each time as well!

So user friendly and easy to use!

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

They did not have record of the insurance we had already booked with easyrentcars, and they tried to make us purchase it again. Besides, they offered us a device to pay for tolls but they were unclear with the price until we were about to pay.

Dislike: Nothing everything was good

Like: Nice vehicles and awesome service.
Dislike: When location at airport is not very clear who's renting out the vehicles. On email need to give more specific details about how to go about the rental.
