Worked just fine.

Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Car rental was offsite. I landed 10:40pm on Tuesday and routes said they sent a shuttle on the way. 11:30 i called again they said they are on the way. 12 o’clock they stopped answering and left me stranded at the airport. Had to take an uber to hotel the first day. And uber next day to get to routes to pick up vehicle. Terrible customer service. Dropped the car off and took almost an hour for the shuttle to take me to the airport

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.
