Tried to charge me for a second driver just because my traveling companion was paying the vehicle - that’s ridiculous! Claimed they would e-mail receipts at pickup and return, but never did - despite my telling them I hadn’t received either. Other car companies wouldn’t be renting out visibly damaged cars like the one I received. No windshield fluid. Isn't that a basic checklist item? Repeatedly offering additional insurance, despite my constantly saying no, not necessary. Damaged doors were not marked on checkout sheet until I took photos and demanded it be included.
