Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

“I would definitely use the service again”

The car exceeded my expectations the front desk staff was excellent I would definitely rent again. Did however have to wait 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport when I was told 10 to 15 minutes.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.
