i have used alamo for every trip ive had and ill always use them. the pick up truck was a bit too big for me (5ft height) and i think ill book a SUV next time but no complaints

Drop off location should be saved in the car GP'S , It will be easy for the customer to drive the car to the AIR PORT parking .

The car choice was very disappointed really the cars where the basic cheap models nothing much in them!! Air con in the one we had was rubbish considering it only had 3500 miles on when we picked it up!! So really time to consider dollar rent a car lot cheaper for the same car we went Alamo because usually they had better spec cars but not this time rubbish really!

Our class of car wasn’t available. I was pretty disappointed. At least they have me an upgrade but I’m still disappointed I didn’t have my convertible car
