Overall, the service was excellent. I've rented cars in London many times and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of the best companies I've used. I'm very thankful for the QEEQ app and mini-program service. The notifications are prompt and very helpful for someone like me who tends to forget things or procrastinate.

The staff at the rental company were very friendly. Although they did promote some additional services, there was no hard sell or forceful tactics. Since I returned the car after closing hours, there was no extra charge. They even called me the next day to confirm that everything was fine with the vehicle. Excellent service!

Enterprise are always great to deal with and very fair. Rachel on drop off was excellent.

Super straightforward on the dos and don'ts including the unique aspects of a Cornwall country lane. So far as I can see the price was way below other Penzance car hire.
