The agent not telling me the price of toll package

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

I sent an email to Green Motion with pictures of how dirty the car was and they never answered my email back.

Extra charges when it was already paid for. I paid for the rental and the car insurance online when I get there apparently i had to pay for insurance I tried to use my own and the lady said it was not possible. That I would lose my money that I paid online and had to start a new transaction. My wife and kids were super tired and I ended up paying an extra 156 dollars. Very upsetting. The car was very cheap and dirty and it had a horrible smell. The outside was full of scratches that I had to come back and had the lady check again so I won’t get charged. I will never recommend Green Motion to anyone. The worst experience ever.

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!
