Confusing. I was under the impression the company was called easy rent and took the wrong shuttle.

The car did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I could not see out my window on ride from Orlando. Also they should put more gas in than 1/4 tank. I almost ran out. They should also tell u how to work everything. The car seemed a little outdated bc I had to lock the door with a key. Not automatic like cars these days.

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

YOr counter staff were rude and not helpful. Now Im being charged with charges that I already paid previously and they keep trying to charge my account $52 and $26.70 for what? I prepaid my $81.89...

No, smaller vehicle than I paid!! I want monies refunded for the difference in rental fees. Thank you
