I was absolutely surprised that to rent the car I booked I would have needed two credit card. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on QEEQ.COM (the 3rd parties where I booked the car) and I had to take what I was allowed to instead of what I paid for.

“Terrible Europcar”

Customer service very poor when we check in and when we did the check out everything appeared good, the fuel take was full as we filled the tank before arrived, however we were charged with 12£ a few days later. I would definitely not recommend europcar.

“Good for couples... Small car and good mileage”

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
