Smooth and affordable

Do not try to force people to buy stuffs if they say no. Car about the condition of the car you are renting my car was totally a mess. Bumper falling down, a lot of marks on a car!

Their customer service and emergency road service was terrible. It took more than 4 hours for customer service to return my call and once they did, they disconnected me when transferring me to emergency road service which is automated. I’d already called them and it took 2 hours for a return call which had I been stranded could have proved dangerous and possibly fatal. Then it was almost 2 more hours before they gave me a new car. Additionally, I’d made an error on the drop-off time of the vehicle. I’d indicated 4:00 am instead of 4:00 pm on the same day. Myoverall cost skyrocketed to 376.00 US $ rather than the CDN rate! Overall, I’m am extremely dissatisfied

Everything was great up until pickup and the counter staff not being at all knowledgeable or helpful regarding tolls. They asked if I wanted the toll pass, I asked what it was and they explained. I asked if there were tolls to where I was going and the woman had no idea. She started looking it up on google and found 5 tolls I would be going on. The gentleman next to her was helping someone else, however she asked him if he knew and he muttered something about not needing any tolls and which freeway I could take. He obviously knew the area better, but was not willing to help me. I waited until he was done helping the people he was with, then he walked into the back as if he was not interested in answering my question on tolls. I told the woman that was helping me "I guess he is not interested in helping me" and she replied with "I am helping you" and I replied with "well you aren't being very helpful and are not knowledgeable about the tolls so I would like to speak with someone who knew more". She proceeded to look on google and tell me I had to go on these several tolls to get to where I was going. I was baffled that I could not even go any side streets to get out of the airport without paying a toll.... as if my only option was to get the toll pass. After all this back and forth, finally someone who was a customer in line came forward and helped me. I did not need to go on any tolls afterall and all this could have been avoided had the other customer service rep been willing to help.

They have bad attitude.

I arrived at midnight at the airport and there was no sign at counter directing me to the car booth in parking garage. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to help and I even tried customer service to no avail. I turned to enterprise who said that there may be someone in the garage booth, once again no sin directing me to it,not to mention the interior of the vehicle panel fell off while I was driving several time I had to take time to fix it. And the vehicle that I upgraded to was tin can sounding while I drove the entire time, I should have just kept the original car I requested. I have been renting for years this was by far the most dissatisfying experience I've had.
