If I wanted to rent a hybrid I would have asked for one . I thought I was renting a Chevy impala and got a Ford hybrid.

Very helpful staff member. The staff members dealt with some customers ahead of us that took longer so it slowed down the process of checking-out.

“RIP off.”

Queued for ages. £280 booking became £660 after add ons. Tolls - advised penalties. Never actually went on toll road. Collision damage waiver - bought through EZ rent - Fox advised that it was not at minimum legal level so added their own.

I arrived on July 9 at 12:30 p.m. I then spent 2 hours and 20 minutes waiting in line for a car that I reserved at the Fox Rent A Car location. The Fox facility was dirty. I will not rent from Fox Rent A Car every again.
