Pros: When picking up the car, I was informed that the original model was not available, so they upgraded me to a Volvo XC60. The car was more premium (though it did consume more fuel). The vehicle was also fairly new, with less than 10,000 km on it. Cons: The car was given to me with half a tank of fuel instead of a full tank. I ended up refilling it significantly when returning the car...

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
