Apart from the difficulty in locating the pickup point at the airport, everything else was perfect. They even upgraded us for free to a VOLVO XC60 with navigation. Very nice! The small stone collision on the car door was handled well. Overall, not bad!

The staff are very friendly, the car is new and performs well. The shuttle service to and from the airport is more convenient compared to picking up the car in the terminal building.

Very good, except the Shuttle bus pick-up point was a bit hard to find. CARO's cars are very new and in great condition, the price is fair, and the staff are very friendly. Any small issues were handled in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

CARO is not a top-tier car rental company in Germany, and they don't have an office at the airport. Their so-called airport pickup involves an employee driving a large luggage van to a designated spot at the airport to meet the renter. The employee then transports the renters and their luggage to the company's location, which is several kilometers away, to complete the rental process. Returning the car works the same way in reverse. The renter first returns the car to the company location, and then the company transports the renter and their luggage back to the airport. The company personnel explained that there were some unexpected issues on October 2nd, which led to a delay, and they apologized for it.

At the company's location, the manager was very welcoming and quickly handled the payment, credit card deposit, and rental agreement. A nearly new black Mercedes SUV was brought out. After a thorough inspection and a brief conversation, confirming the tank was full and it was a diesel car, everything was OK. We then started our German road trip.
