The address listed to pick up the car was wrong. It gave a street address outside the airport. The Budget building was there, but not for car pick up. I ended up driving to the airport and was able to get my car inside the building. The Budget representative stated that they know the wrong address is posted. Why don't they fix it?

The queue to collect the car was over an hour and a half which I consider completely unreasonable. At one point there were 4 members of staff talking amongst themselves rather than serving the very long queue of people, who were extremely tired after a long trip. When I did get to the desk, the employee then attempted to sell various insurances, claiming we didn’t have any protection when the paperwork clearly stated we did. Obviously, we did not take the insurance, but he told lies about the amount of cover we had, trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of the country and our fatigue. I loved the car, it was exactly what we needed, but the service at Budget on pick up was terrible. On return it was easy and friendly.

Very easy to use. Good prices, would definitely use again.
