The pick-up and drop-off process went smoothly. The car had 90,000 miles on it, and the tires were from October 2023. I got too excited and forgot to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition. The tire pressure warning light was on, and this car couldn't reset it through the menu, which, although it didn’t affect usage, was annoying to see every time the car started. The low beams weren't working but there was no warning indicator, which was frustrating. I ended up using fog lights or high beams at night instead. The fuel consumption was a bit high, perhaps because I drove a little fast. For EZPass users, plan your route carefully before deciding whether to rent it.

Used Thrifty before in NewZealand and always get good prompt service with the car as advertised. Check in and check out straightforward. No hard selling of additions, but offered if needed.

Very straightforward booking process, key requirements on car, insurance cover, terms of rental all very easy to follow.

I reserved a compact car but was assigned a minivan whose control panel was so complicated and unintuitive that I actually felt it made driving far more dangerous. I requested a refund and strongly urged them to remove the car from their fleet.

I was a little apprehensive booking my car from Alamo since I'd never used them before. I couldn't have asked for a smoother pick up and drop off process. Both took 5-10 minutes, which was ideal (both happened during the summer, so presumably high season). Car was in perfect condition (2.5k miles, so basically new) and I had no problems at all. Will use again!

I'd never used QEEQ but was really happy with the service. The price was much better than everywhere else and it even dropped after I booked it. Didn't have to use customer service or insurance, so can't comment on that, but I will be using them again for sure.
