Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the vehicle's condition. They recommended a higher-grade vehicle with a discounted price on-site. Additionally, perhaps due to language barriers, the explanations regarding insurance and vehicle inspection seemed a bit impatient.

The car was great, better than expected. It had lane correction, shift suggestions, adjustable steering column, close vehicle warning, object warning both in front and rear. The car was covered in dirty water that had dried on the car and the inside of the windshield was dirty which was hard to see through when going between full sun and shade. Really liked the Peugeot.

Worked fine, no price drop occurred.

I was informed the Merc E Class was not available, which is understandable and would expect a ‘similar car’ in this range, however they didn’t have any other car in this category so downgraded me to a C Class which I told them is not big enough. The staff member (Clive) made promises for me to call back and change over the C class for an E class as he was ‘100% sure they will come back in stock’. I called everyday and not once did Clive return my calls nor were the staff helpful. I left 4 voicemails over a 4 day period with nobody returning my calls and even when I got through to staff, they promised to call back and never did.

The space of the car is as expected however the exterior of the car is not very clean. You can’t differentiate the dirts with the scratches. I hope they can clean the car in and outside of the car throughly. The front desk staff during the pickup at Gatwick Airport is nice, she tried to upgrade the car (with a price of course) and tried to sell their insurance but I rejected nicely and she didn’t push it further. Everything was nice until Avis (Budget) charge me £30 for ADMINISTRATION FEE only for passing on my details to the police. At first it was tolerable because I might have speeding at the highway unknowingly. I still haven’t heard from the police until now. Avis send me a letter btw not email. All the way from the UK to Malaysia. BUT Avis charge me £30 again for whatever reason I don’t know. I guess I need to wait for their mail to know. I will never use Avis again. Ever.

Staff were terrible charged money for something we weren't explained about properly phoned customer service no one cares will never use the company again staff were rude when questioned about it
