“Overall pleasant, but would like an explanation regarding the quoted amount vs the billed amount”
About Enterprise: 10.0 /10
The booking was rebooked at a cheaper rate of £17 something, and this amount has not been credited to my account. I paid £279 yet the final quote was £261.

Easy to use. More prominent placement of car pick up and drop off information would have been useful.
