The service attitude was acceptable, but the vehicle's condition was not good. The engine oil warning light was on when picking up the car, indicating low oil levels. I had to buy and add oil at a gas station myself. During driving, the wheels often slipped, and the vehicle felt unstable.

Convenient car pickup and excellent customer service.

Hertz was great once I discovered that that was what I was looking for.

Nice car, a small 4 door would have been better for storage and access to our luggage, but I possibly made a mistake in that regard as thought we booked a 4 door.
