Once I found the document, they responded promptly to clear up the misunderstanding. I really appreciate their help! Picking up and returning the car was super convenient. The car itself was in great condition and had a navigation system that would even remind you when it’s time to signal or change lanes. It would also suggest taking a coffee break if needed.

Overall satisfied, depends on luck. Most staff are very nice, but the first lady I encountered had a bad attitude.
