Fox rent higher management was good compared to regular staff

EasyRentCars is really cool as all the information is crystal clear and the booking is at tip of the hand.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

Make a easy drop off sign or box. Many of us were waiting in line for drop off until after many minutes, someone said drop the keys off and go...so making that a more smooth operation would be helpful. Also, I think the car I was driving needs a wheel alignment.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Counter staff was absolutely dreadful, I got charged $23 and change from the deposit for...I have no idea what, I didn't want to stand in line for an hour to find out...would not use Fox again. Also, you have to pay for your spouse to drive, so Fox is not as inexpensive as you initially think.
