Terrible, the manager forced additional liability insurance I declined for liability which turned

First we had to wait for the shuttle to take us to the Value desk in side hotel near the airport. There was 2 ladies on the counter. First lady was helping another customer and the second lady was doing paperwork and she told me to wait for her colleague. I had to wait more than 30 mins till she finished with the customer. After that she told me that we will not fit in the Compact car and we need to pay for the upgrade. I told her that we booked intermediate car but she insists that the booking is showing compact car so I had to open the roaming to show her the email confirmation on my phone is for Toyota Corolla. After that she was trying hard to rent me the device for the tolls as I understand from her that most of the highways are using this device. I trusted her and rent it for $9 per day for a week. When she did hold on my credit card I have found it’s more than we agreed but she told me that the extra is for roads fees. I have paid double the amount that was showing in your website. After I picked the car and left the hotel I discovered that there is no tolls device on the front windshield so I had to call her back and she told they forgot to put in the car. In the following day I have realized that there no a lot of tolls so I spoke with a guy in the same location to return the device and to charge me for 1 day only but he refused and told me that I had to pay for the all week. At the end I have paid more than I was expecting.

Value car rental in Orlando, Florida will take advantage on you, not other car rental company that will upgrade your car free. They call it upgrade but the car that they gave it to me is older model with a lot of scratches, no keyless entry and smell stink. Not worth it for forcing us to upgrade. First time I got a problem with car rental company. I will never rent a car in this company again, never.

Toll charges daily charge is excessive and a RIP off

This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The car condition was the only thing that was ok, but I purposely rated it lower so that the overall score would be lower because my experience was so bad. They tried to charge me lots of extra money, said I needed to have my actual certificate of insurance on me or they would charge me $500. There were hidden fees, the counter staff member was rude, I had no idea I was even renting from Value Car Rental and not Easyrentcars so it took us forever to find the shuttle because there was no Easyrentcar shuttle.

Great, picked me up in ten minutes then very friendly and helpful.
