We did not receive the correct vehicle that we booked and were forced to use a Mazda CX-5, which did not have enough space for the four of us with the baby car seat installed. Additionally, we were charged extra for the baby car seat, even though I had already paid for it through QEEQ. We were also pressured into purchasing insurance, as they threatened to charge a $200 withdrawal fee if we declined. As someone who works for the ACCC, I found it concerning to be treated this way by an Australian company, and I felt harassed. I have already lodged a complaint against this company for their unethical sales practices. The staff were unhelpful throughout the experience. It may be worth considering if partnering with ACE is truly beneficial for your reputation. I will be in touch soon to provide further information for our investigation.

The shuttle bus waiting time back to Airport was a bit long, counter waiting time was long as well as only two ladies in-charging the counter for all booking, pick up, return, phone call etc. stuffs

“Great customer service & easy booking process.”

The car was fine & customer service once we got to the pickup office was good. We waited for around 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to come to pick us up at the airport. I kept calling the number provided but could never get through. On my 4th attempt at calling I finally got to speak to someone who told me that the bus would be there in a few minutes. Even then we waited another 20 minutes before it actually arrived. Drop off was the same. Had to wait at least 30 minutes for a shuttle bus to take us to the airport. I suggest more shuttle buses more regularly.

No complaints with Easyrentcars. Actually I must point out that the couple of occasions I emailed them with queries they came back to me straight away.

Yes the car exceeded my expectations. The wait for the shuttle took a while, but understandable. The counter wait was a while due to a high number of cars going out. The counter staff were friendly and explained everything clearly.

The car was amazing, very clean and very fuel efficient. Picking the car up was a mission as the person on the phone directed me to the wrong pick up point. Then the man at the counter proceeded to chat with a customer for about 15 minutes while I waited. He didn't acknowledge me and could have wrapped up that transaction in much less time. He was a tall stocky man. Then the other guy who also didn't acknowledged me whilst tapping away on the computer served a man who walked in behind he. Not off to a good start. Thankfully dropping the car off was very smooth and the man was professional and efficient. Restored my faith in this car rental place.
