A great experience for a reasonable price

Excelled service! Quick and no hassle

We had to return the car and exchange it for a new one after one hour. Brakes were not working properly and tires needed air. The client service telephone line was completely useless. The Europcar representative that checked us in was careless and didnt explain the insurance conditions properly.

Wait time and customer service upon collection were both the worst we have experienced. Stating collection is "in terminal" is very misleading as you have to use a bus to the collection area. Car was clean and in good condition, exactly what we needed for the trip. Rental was reasonably priced.

Like: Nice and brand new car. Logic of truck s strange.
Dislike: Child seat is quite overpriced. Getting a car took forever, over an hour, though there was no queue and car was prebooked.

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
