A great experience for a reasonable price

Had flat tire europcar could not find same or bigger car and I had to spend all day to find smaller car and half day to go from campitello to trento to get the smaller car instead of sending new tire the same day for the original car.

Waited nearly 2 hours to collect car

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental. The drop off in Verona was excellent.

Really good booking platform. No issues

I booked a 7 seater car as I had 6 people in our party. I was given a long wheel base 9 seater mini bus. As soon as I drove it it was clear that the brakes needed repairing. I went straight back into the office but the representative had gone and closed up. I phoned the next day but no answer and finally got through the following day and returned the vehicle, not for a 7 seater as booked but another large minbus. Where we were staying in Rome this was a real problem as we couldnt get the van on the driveway. Please, if someone books a people carrier can you not give them a large bus which struggles to park or get down very narrow lanes. Thank you
