Easy process

We had to return the car and exchange it for a new one after one hour. Brakes were not working properly and tires needed air. The client service telephone line was completely useless. The Europcar representative that checked us in was careless and didnt explain the insurance conditions properly.

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental. The drop off in Verona was excellent.

We were quite impressed with the smart4. At interns of performance and space. The Europcar staff on pick up and drop off were very helpful, friendly and professional. Could not fault them. Excellent value for money and would recommend

I was charged 36€ extra for no reason I am yet to discover, impossible to get them on the phone and rectify the problem

All fine so far

Like: Nice and brand new car. Logic of truck s strange.
Dislike: Child seat is quite overpriced. Getting a car took forever, over an hour, though there was no queue and car was prebooked.
