The service was excellent, no upselling, and the recommended car model was perfect, addressing our issue of having too much luggage.

Excellent service. Since I had less than 2 years of driving experience, they downgraded my car to a Mercedes wagon and even compensated me for the price difference. The staff at the store were very polite, and the insurance costs were very transparent. I was very satisfied with this trip to Germany, especially Munich. We toured around Germany and loved every city. The German people were very friendly, and the highways had no speed limits. Mostly, you turn right at red lights, overtake from the left, and if you're driving slowly, please stay in the right lane. I drove at 150-160 km/h in the leftmost lane comfortably. Remember to use your turn signals when overtaking and returning to your lane. Overall, you need to strictly follow the rules. This trip had zero accidents and zero violations.

The car rental process was very smooth. We brought printed orders and the necessary documents, and the service was quick and friendly. We originally booked an economy car, but we got a large Ford SUV with GPS in English. We opted for full insurance, and after the car got a small scratch, we just filled out a form when returning it. It was easy and hassle-free.

Pretty good experience. We rented the car around 7 AM with no queue. They handed us the keys and we had to find the car ourselves in the parking lot. You need to get familiar with the various controls like headlights, wipers, and audio system. Took us a while before we felt confident to drive. We booked a Benz A, but got an Opel Astra diesel version instead. The car had 6400 kilometers on it and came with adaptive headlights and a multimedia screen.

The staff's English was average, and my English isn't great either, so it took quite a while.
