Both pickup and drop-off were relatively easy and not too much trouble. They tried to sell me insurance at pickup, but I told them I already had full coverage, so it was fine. Drop-off was quick too; they just checked the car's exterior and the full fuel tank, and that was it. However, the drop-off location needs some improvement. Following the address provided by QEEQ, we ended up driving into the airport parking lot, which cost us extra parking fees and wasted time. The correct address provided by QEEQ was actually the car rental counter in the airport, but the real drop-off location was an underground parking lot outside. Since it was too close, we couldn't use the GPS and had to navigate manually. We spent over half an hour just to find the drop-off point by following airport signs.

They tried to sell me insurance, but I didn't buy it. Upon returning, I was charged for a paint scratch! The return was self-service, and I clearly checked everything myself! I had no choice but to accept it. However, later QEEQ's full insurance covered it!
