Poor rental experience

Terrible service, they would not answer the telephone, I tried to call them for an hour (and yes at the right number). The first car they offered was a disaster, not safe for the road so I did not accept it. The second car was safe but full of damage and very dirty on the inside. It took me an hour to clean it. They would not let me rent the vehicle without purchasing additional insurance even though the car was fully insured as I did not have a credit card.

“DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!”

This was the worst car rental company I have ever experienced. The customer service was beyond horrendous. We waited over 2 hours to receive a vehicle that my husband could barely fit in. Not to mention they over charged us for more insurance and $31 a day for a flimsy booster seat. When we asked for a different vehicle there were none available at that location. Upon return the woman at the counter was extremely rude and very sassy. I will never rent a vehicle from here again

“Not worth the few dollars you save ends up going out of pocket once getting your car”

Cars are out of date for a rental company we rented a mini van and was forced to take a suv which isn’t convenient with young kids We were also forced to pay for the over and above insurance as we are suppose to carry our home policy papers around with us unlike any other car rental place Would never rent from here again
