I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

Car was in great shape. No problems. There is an $1800 US deposit for anyone not living in the USA which I think is unheard of. Got stuck getting out of the lot for about 10 minutes during pickup, but that’s mostly just the fault of the customer in front of me refusing to get out of the driveway and there’s no room to get around. Shuttle was easy both ways and fast. Overall great experience.

Still waiting on my refund

Terrible experience. Charged for a sunpass I didn't need (customer service rep insisted I would). Shuttle pick up service for airport was a 40 minute wait. Charged for collision damage I said I didn't need.

Waited over an hour to get the car Rude people and not willing to help just wanted to make extra money with insurance.
