Website. unlike some others . was clear and easy to navigate with no late add on's

The car was perfect, the only real gripe I would have was, we returned the car early in the morning. We drove to the drop off, but there was no personnel at that time in the morning. But not having returned a car at Bristol at that time, we had no idea that we just drop the key in the box. But there was no instruction to that effect on the rental agreement or on the Europcar booth. Other than that it was all very good

Price drop protector did not work in this instance, however it did on my next rental. But the "Best price guarantee" does look as if it has been honoured, just waiting for it to be credited to my account. All in all very happy with the process

I booked Passat or similar and Europcar was trying to give me a compact car (Volvo V40), claiming that they don't have anything bigger. After my complains, they offered me Peugeot 3008, which was still way smaller than Passat, but we fit our luggage there (carrying one of the bags on the back seat). I hate when companies offer something which they cannot provide. I booked my trip ~1 month in advance, so they had enough time to prepare themselves. On a good side: the car I got was almost brand new - just 300 miles on its meter and it was very well equipped.

Car should have had proper rubber mats, especially in Scotland!

Like: The vehicle I booked was lovely and was great value for money.
Dislike: The guy on the rental desk wasn’t particularly friendly at all. It doesn’t cost anything to smile. The guy who mans the returns area was lovely though.
