The car we reserved wasn’t available. It was a Nissan Rogue. Instead they gave us a minivan. The van was wrecked and the inside was not clean.

Car was ok, process was miserably slow and awful, ruined our evening. If I had needed to be somewhere that night besides the grocery store to get supplies, I would have demanded a refund and screamed until I got one.
