The car was ok but could be better...

The Europcar rental counter is conveniently located on the right-hand side as soon as you exit Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport. The processing time is around 10 minutes, which is fast and efficient. The pickup point is on the lower ground floor, and as long as you follow the signs, you won’t go wrong. Note that when driving out, there’s a barrier – just place your finger on the scanner and it will lift after issuing you a card. For the second barrier, insert the card you received earlier. Returning the car is also straightforward. Follow the airport directions to the designated area where staff will be waiting. You can leave the car and leave quickly without wasting time.

This is the second time renting at the same place, very good experience.

The document does not state that the drop off is closed after 9pm on Sunday. We drove to the location but unable to drop off as the car park is full. We have to return the next morning which caused us a lot of inconvenience.
