The staff at the Austin Downtown pick up office were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Special mention to Adolph who made the car return effortless and seemed genuinely pleased that we had a great experience. He engaged in polite conversation asked how our holiday went and what we thought of the car. A star man and a credit to Budget.

Waited a bit in line while another customer got their problem resolved, after about twenty minutes they brought out another rep to open a second line. The car dashboard was dirty, grimy, while for the most part the car was clean, the front grill was totally riddled with bugs so it was obvious it wasn't washed well. The overdue service light was on and stayed on. While it was oil change light, its unnerving to be in an unfamiliar, new car and have a glaring service light stay on. No one came to do a walkaround on the car with me, it was "here is your paperwork, the car is in slot xyz, have a nice day." There would be no recourse if there was damage that was attributed to me, that i was not responsible for.
