Disappointed

Overall satisfied, but you need to be discerning. It's an Indian-operated store that promotes additional insurance—just decline if you're not interested, and their attitude will remain professional. Here's an interesting detail: we initially booked a small SUV, but when the staff saw we had 3 pieces of luggage, they said the car we booked could only fit 2 pieces and asked us to pay an extra £30 per day. When I refused, they eventually said 'never mind' and upgraded us to a bigger model for free, likely because they didn't have the car we originally booked. In the end, we were quite happy—the rental and return process was quick and convenient. The shuttle bus to the pick-up location takes about 15-20 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and kept suggesting an upgrade. You can negotiate prices too. However, the car was too large to drive comfortably in the UK.

Sold me top up insurance rip off! Double the price as I didn't do it online.. Car not ready.. Not comfortable car. Radio Really bad. Fiat pinto Not that great....

Pick up took nearly 2 hours, there was rubbish left in the car. Car had engine trouble that could have been easily avoided by Europcar. Extremely disappointing experience. Will not recommend or use again.

Easyrent cars was straightforward with good customer service.

Not the same car booked, but a different alternate. In the same range. Car was quite okay with our expectations but since an hybrid vehicles, was in need of bettery service / maintenance and that was the only message promoting on display periodically. Otherwise, all fine.
