Car was not big enough it was a Vauxhall moka and not a Skoda Octavia and it was a petrol model having thought it would be diesel as per last years booking, car had scratches and dints all round which i pointed out when they only had 1 scratch registered and had to amend paperwork, overall very disappointed with vehicle,

The service was pretty good, but the British are very punctual. We arrived early at the car pickup point, but it was after hours and there was no one there. We almost thought we wouldn’t be able to get the car. Later, when the time came, we went back to check, and they opened the doors for us.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hire car was up to the standard I expected. It was a low mileage Hyundai Tucson and I found it clean and in excellent condition.

The platform is very easy to navigate. The car hire process is smooth and very reassuring. The platform stands up well in price comparison tests to other platforms. I have had zero issues using the Easyrentcars app.

All excellent apart from time waiting for pick up and drop off. Only one staff member on duty each time and they were very good but far too busy and it really needed another staff member to ease waiting times for customers. Otherwise I was very pleased.

they gave me an upgrade for a relatively good extra fee. The car was really great and worth the extra fees. I had to drop a deposit, i am yet to be refunded that after 5 days.
