Although you need to take a number and queue, the process is overall quite quick! Very good.

British people are generally very contract-oriented. It's hard to make changes to your order at the last minute, so you have to compromise. What you book initially is what you get! They often try to overcharge or sell you something extra, but if you stick to your original order, they have nothing to say.

The service of the counter staff on pickup was terrible! Very rude, impatient and acted as if I was an annoyance to his day rather than a valued customer - not a great start to the holiday! It's unfortunate as it is the closest car hire place to where I live so would like the option to use it again.

Very easy process and by far the cheapest car hire I could see online.

Inform customers of changes to the car. Ordered an automatic, got a manual. Still no reimbursement of the difference.

They dont appear to be prepared to make clear resdy in time for orderly pick up. After droo off I realize I have my mobile phone mount/holder left in the car. No one from Europcar kind enough to inform me to pick up the item.
