Not a good experiencie, they charge me extra for a less quality car and I felt scammed.

If you make it to the rental car desk without losing a child, your luggage, or your will to live, you've already won. The car is just a bonus.

Booking, car, drop off all very good. Staff at Maggiore counter trying hard but understaffed, failing systems and lost paper work resulted in a wait of nearly an hour before we got the keys. Then they were clearly under instruction to sell insurance extras, which annoyed customers and caused even longer delays.

The car was a damaged tiny Peugeot, as the fiat had “ a windscreen problem” took 2 hours to get to the advisor at the desk as they didn’t organise the line. Not the best experience with them.
